Raymond A. Jezierski, Founder and President of RAA
Raymond A. Jezierski established RAA in 1970, after a successful career in public accounting, corporate industry and executive search. A graduate from Farleigh Dickinson University, Ray worked for three of the Big 4 Accounting Firms (PwC, Deloitte and KPMG) and as both a Controller and Treasurer in the private sector. His extensive background in accounting and executive search has earned him an unmatched reputation for dedication and integrity in the staffing industry. As a recognized authority in the recruiting field, Ray has been a keynote speaker at colleges and professional events on career planning. Ray is a people person, and truly enjoys coaching and advising his clients and candidates.

Karen Jezierski, Senior Partner
In 1986, Ray proudly welcomed his daughter, Karen to the firm. A 1985 graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a minor in Psychology, Karen continues Ray’s legacy as a recruitment partner, placing a wide variety of positions in accounting, finance, healthcare and office administration. With more than 25 years in the recruiting business, Karen has continued to promote the practice of providing personal assistance to every client. Her warm smile and sincere desire to provide quality service in the staffing industry is what RAA is all about.

Kay McGee, Senior Recruiting Specialist
Prior to joining RAA in 2007 Kay had an extensive background in recruiting; for over 20 years she owned her own firm (K’s Personnel) in Clifton, New Jersey where she successfully assisted a diverse client base fill a broad range of positions. Today, Kay applies her unique experience and industry knowledge to help RAA’s clients and candidates begin building effective partnerships. Leslie Carroll, Administrative Assistant
Leslie has been “holding down the fort” at RAA since 1987. Lorrie Ng, Technology Specialist
Lorrie is a graduate of Lafayette College with a Degree in Mechanical Engineering, and worked at Mobil Oil and Osteonics as an engineer before beginning her career with RAA. Lorrie has spent the last 15 plus years providing in-depth technology, marketing and office support to the RAA team. As our network administrator, internal accountant and marketing and social media expert, she is always enthusiastic and willing to help in any way she can.
