Raymond A. Jezierski

Our Founder and President, Raymond A. Jezierski, is a CPA and recognized authority in the field of Accounting and Finance Recruiting. He is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University and has an extensive background in accounting and executive search with Price Waterhouse Coopers, Deloitte & Touche and KPMG Peat Marwick. He also spent time as a Controller and Treasurer in the private sector before establishing RAA in 1970. Mr. Jezierski has often been requested to speak at college campuses and professional events on careers in accounting. Ray has always been a people person and truly enjoys coaching and advising clients and candidates. In 1986, Karen Jezierski, Ray's daughter, joined the firm.

Karen Jezierski is a 1985 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and a minor in Psychology. Since 1986, she has worked as a “recruitment partner” specializing in the placement of accounting, financial and administrative professionals within Fortune 500 companies, privately held corporations and CPA firms throughout the New Jersey/ New York metropolitan area. Karen shares Ray's philosophy of providing personal assistance to each and every client and manages the office on a day to day basis. With 25 years in the recruiting business, she is often asked to assist with resume preparation, interviewing skills, career counseling, job descriptions and the overall staffing and interview process.
